CORPRO

Designed for exceptional rigidity, Andrés CORPRO is corrugated with a ripple-like profile that stiffens the panel and protects from indentations. This timeless, tried and tested profile is ideal as a final roofing material or as an undersheeting for concrete and clay roofing.

SPECIFICATIONS

CORPRO INSTALLATION

1. Ensure the roof truss has a minimum slope of 50.
2. Install purlins with 300mm spacing between the first and second purlins and 600-800mm spacing for the remaining purlins.
3. Lay roofing sheets starting from the eave and working toward the ridge.
4. Align the first sheet squarely with the roof edge before fastening.
5. Maintain a minimum of 150mm end overlap.
6. Provide a side overlap of at least one and a half corrugations.

8. Fasten sheets at the recommended locations without over tightening the screws.
