Andrés Metal Roof products are made from combining high strength steel with aluminum zinc protection and a 3-coat painting system, resulting in a metal roof that has an outstanding performance, corrosion resistance, strong paint adhesion, and color that lasts.

Profiled to suit the current market needs, Andrés Metal Roofs are available with a rib, tile, or corrugated profile in a variety of colors and thicknesses to choose from.

With a push of a button, Andrés Metal Roof can be produced in any length up to the maximum transportable length of 10m.

HIGH STRENGTH STEEL

Prime Grade high strength steel ensures that Andrés Metal Roof is durable and strong. It is strength, impact, hardness, and bend tested to ensure a long-lasting and safe roofing material.

ALUMINUM ZINC (AZ)

Andrés Metal Roof’s high strength steel is fully coated with high density Aluminum Zinc (AZ). The aluminum zinc alloy combines the best properties of both metals—corrosion resistance from aluminum plus the galvanic protection of cut edges from zinc.

3-COAT SYSTEM

Andrés Metal Roof is pre-painted with Polyester Epoxy. It uses a 3-coat system that starts with a chemical treatment coat, followed by a preliminary coat, and then a top fine coat. This ensures an even and stable quality of coating that maintains the color on each sheet of Andrés Metal Roof for a long time.
