Radwell PPR Fusion Machines are designed for precise and reliable fusion welding. It features a zinc-coated heating plate for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance, extending its lifespan compared to generic uncoated plates.

FUSION WELD PROCEDURE

Step 1 — CUT AND CLEAN
Cut pipes squarely (perpendicular to its axis). Clean both ends to remove dust and debris.
Step 2 — HEAT
Insert both pipe and fitting into the fusion tool’s heating sockets. Heat for the time specified in the welding duration table based on pipe size.
Step 3 — REMOVE
Simultaneously remove both parts and insert the pipe into the fitting within the above table’s allowed time frame. (remove + insert)
Step 4 — JOIN
Quickly align and push the pipe straight into the fitting without twisting. Hold it steady for the required welding time.
Step 5 — COOL
Allow the joint to cool naturally for the duration specified in the chart before handling. Never plunge into water to cool. Clean matrix after using.
