Flush Doors are basic hollow core doors with no design. They are made with Oregon Wood with single or both sides marine or ordinary plywood covers.

The regular flush door has long been a practical and economical choice for homes, offices and commercial spaces. Reinforced Flush Door takes this proven and economical door concept and adds an extra layer of protection where it matters.

INTEGRA Reinforced Flush Door upgrades one side of the flush door by combining marine plywood with a 3.5mm Gardner fiber cement board, firmly bonded together to create a reinforced door panel. The marine plywood provides a base, while the fiber cement adds a laver of rigidity and strength. The reinforced side provides a more substantial feel, a noticeably solid sound when knocked, and better resistance to impact.

The fiber cement laver also provides added fire resistance. Gardner Fiber Cement is non-combustible and acts as a barrier against heat and fire compared with a regular plywood-only flush door. While not a fire-rated door, the fiber cement gives the Reinforced Flush Door added protection over a regular flush door.
