RADWELL PPR

Radwell PPR Pipes are engineered for long-term performance, making them ideal for hot and cold water systems in residential, commercial, and industrial use. With a PN20 rating and dual-layer extrusion, they offer exceptional joint strength, high pressure resistance, and long-lasting durability. The corrosion-free, non-toxic construction ensures safe, clean water delivery.
Radwell PPR’s light-shielding outer layer minimizes algae growth and scaling, preserving pipe integrity, while the smooth, anti-microbial inner surface improves flow, reduces pressure loss, and minimizes sediment buildup, delivering an uninterrupted efficient water system—true to the principles of WATERFLOW ENGINEERING.

DUAL LAYERED EXTRUSION PROCESS

Radwell PPR Pipes undergo a precision-controlled dual-layer extrusion process that ensures uniform pipe wall thickness, reducing weak spots and inconsistencies. This advanced structure results in a stronger, more reliable pipe compared to traditional single-layer PPR.

LIGHT SHIELD + ANTI-MICROBIAL

Radwell PPR Pipes have a lifespan of over 50 years, even in hot and cold water applications. Compared to PVC pipes which degrade faster under heat and become brittle over time, Radwell PPR Pipes remains stable and durable for long period of time.

FUSION WELDED JOINTS

Radwell PPR Pipes use heat fusion welding, creating a seamless, leak-proof connection that is as strong as the pipe itself. Unlike PVC, which relies on solvent cement joints that can weaken over time, Radwell PPR joints are durable, resistant to pressure, and do not degrade due to chemical reactions.

RATED FOR HEAVY DUTY PRESSURE

Radwell PPR Pipe is a rated PN20 PPR Pipe. When selecting a PPR pipe, the PN rating (Pressure Nominal) indicates its maximum pressure capacity in bars. The higher the PN rating, the more pressure the pipe can withstand. PN20 means Radwell PPR can handle up to 20 bar (290 psi) at 20°C, making it suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing. Even under continuous high pressure at 16 bar (232psi) max, Radwell PPR remains structurally sound— ensuring durability and leak-proof performance even in demanding applications.

LONG LIFESPAN

Going beyond conventional PPR, Radwell PPR features an enhanced light-shielding outer layer and an anti-microbial inner surface. Light Shield minimizes light exposure into the pipe to help prevent algae and scale buildup, while the Anti-microbial inner surface inhibits bacterial growth. Together, these advanced protections ensure a cleaner, safer, and longer-lasting water system.

PURE CLEAN WATER

Radwell PPR is made from 100% non-toxic, food-grade material, free from harmful chemicals like BPA, lead, or phthalates, ensuring safe and clean drinking water. Its anti-microbial inner layer, enhanced with oxygen-blocking material, inhibits bacterial growth and helps maintain clean, uncontaminated water over time. The smooth interior surface further prevents scaling and biofilm formation, ensuring consistent water quality throughout the pipe’s lifespan.

HIGH TEMP PIPES

Radwell PPR can withstand high temperatures up to 95°C (203°F) for short periods and up to 70°C continuously, making it far superior to standard PVC, which softens and deforms at high tempera- tures. Radwell PPR is ideal for hot and cold water systems applications.
