Rockhart Interior Skimcoat delivers a fine, ultra-smooth finish for interior walls and ceilings. It covers uneven surfaces, prepares substrates for paint or decorative finishes, and results in flawless, professional-grade results.

The white polymer-reinforced blend produces a consistent, homogeneous paste that is easy to spread and resistant to shrinkage cracks, eliminating surface lines caused by ordinary cement plasters. Its thin-layer application provides high coverage while minimizing material use, making it cost-effective.

Rockhart Interior Skimcoat adheres strongly to concrete and masonry surfaces, ensuring a lasting, reliable finish with high initial bond strength. Its optimal workability provides smooth flow, easy leveling, and reduced rework, making it suitable for both vertical and overhead applications.

Once dry, Rockhart Interior Skimcoat is ready for painting, requiring no neutralizing. Fast to apply and easy to sand, it saves time while delivering exceptional wall quality.

1. Inspect the surface to ensure it is structurally sound, clean, and free of oil, dust, loose particles
2. Lightly moisten the substrate before use. Avoid applying on fully saturated or bone-dry surfaces.

1. Pour 7-8 liters of clean water into a mixing container.
2. Slowly add one 20kg bag of Rockhart Skimcoat while stirring.
3. Blend thoroughly by hand or with a low-speed mixer until the consistency is creamy and uniform. Use within 1 hour (pot life) for best results.

1. Apply the compound in thin layers (1-3mm) using a steel trowel while the surface is slightly damp. Ensure full contact on rough or uneven areas.
2. Allow 30-45 minutes between coats depending on ambient temperature and thickness. Full setting time is 3-4 hours.
3. Once fully dry, surface can be sanded smooth and prepared for painting. Do not remix dried material—always prepare a new batch.

Approximately 18-20m2 per 20kg bag at 1mm thickness. Actual coverage may vary based on surface condition and application method.
