You will be supervising and coordinating the activities of all warehouses assigned to you. You are expected to ensure that the inventory and warehouse management program is effectively maintained to support the goals and objectives of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and implement daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory recording and monitoring using warehouse or ERP systems.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure compliance with inventory control practices (FIFO, cycle counting, stock reconciliation).
- Maintain warehouse safety standards, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze warehouse performance and prepare operational reports and inventory reports for management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement within warehouse operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- With bachelor’s degree preferably BS in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years solid work experience in Warehousing, with at least 2 years of them in a warehouse leadership role (supervisory level and above)
- Preferably familiar with working experience in the lumber, construction, or manufacturing industry
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations
- Effective organizational skills to plan and organize the work of the team
- With high level of numerical and analytical ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and can be confident in dealing with staff members and internal/external customers professionally
