The Motorpool Staff supports the Motorpool department by keeping records of all vehicles and parts inventory, and all repair and maintenance requirements, progress and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage annual projects according to CAPEX
- Coordinates day to day activities maintenance
- Focus on the continuous improvement for future efficiency and cost reduction
- Develop and Implement general and preventive maintenance procedures for vehicles and related facility
- Coordinates with all departments regarding all vehicles and facility concerns
- Monitor the motorpool warehouse stocking system
- Weekly monitoring and site visit to record status of repairs according to gant chart status
- Perform administrative duties as head of the department such as but not limited to
- Perform other duties as prescribe
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- At least 6 months of working experience in the related field
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Good in verbal and written communication
