HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF

The Human Resources Staff is responsible for handling and monitoring employee attendance and timekeeping records, ensuring accurate processing of work hours for payroll. This role also manages the creation and publication of weekly digital bulletin board presentations. Attention to detail, accuracy, and creativity are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Timekeeping & Attendance Management

  • Monitor and validate daily employee attendance, absences, tardiness, and overtime.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping records and ensure timely updates in the HR system.
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance discrepancies and necessary corrections.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on attendance and timekeeping.
  • Assist the HR and Payroll teams in resolving concerns related to work hours, leaves, and attendance.

Digital Bulletin Board Content Creation

  • Create weekly digital bulletin presentations using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Prepare content as advised.
  • Ensure designs are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with company branding.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager and SVP Admin for content updates and approvals.

General HR Support

  • Assist with HR documentation and other admin tasks as needed.
  • Help in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of employee information.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of Canva for content creation is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Monday – Friday (7:32AM – 6:08PM)
