FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

You will manage customer relationships within an assigned territory, ensuring a seamless sales process, fostering long-term relationships , and driving business growth. You will represent Central Lumber Corporation’s products and services, contributing to expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide product expertise and tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
  • Field sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to operate a motorcycle or 4-wheel vehicle
  • Valid professional driver’s license required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in sales
