The Facilities and Maintenance Project Supervisor is responsible for managing construction projects across all company yards. Good coordination, communication, and technical skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee outside contracts and construction projects across all company yards.
- Supervise projects from design stage to construction and turnover stage.
- Monitor on-site progress and ensure work aligns with approved plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines & prepare project updates and progress reports.
- Address and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
- Oversee daily construction activities, establish daily and weekly targets & conduct toolbox meetings and site briefings.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and overall project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or project supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and contracts.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel across company yards/project sites.
