EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The Executive Assistant to the President/CEO provides high-level administrative support and serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications related to the Office of the President. This role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners
  • Proactive problem-solving and goal-oriented approach
