DOCUMENT LIAISON

Your role is to manage and oversee the processing, drafting, review, and tracking of all company documents and licenses. You ensure all records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, review, and track all incoming and outgoing documents and licenses
  • Draft and evaluate contracts, permits, agreements, and other official documents
  • Monitor documentation status and ensure timely renewals and submissions
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure documentation compliance
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in both digital and physical formats
  • Identify gaps or issues in documentation and recommend solutions
  • Ensure that all documentation meets regulatory, legal, and company requirements

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in documentation handling, compliance, or licensing is preferred
  • Strong understanding of document control systems and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management software
