Standard Pro

Moisture Resistant

EASTBERG GM Moisture Resistant boards are manufactured using cutting-edge moisture resistance technology. Moisture Resistant board uses silicone with additives mixed into the gypsum core and are layered with special papers. These boards are specifically designed to withstand high humidity and moisture, demonstrating excellent resistance to water with a water absorption value of less than 5%.

Fire Resistant

EASTBERG GM Fire Resistant Boards are equipped with reinforced gypsum cores containing fibers and additives, and are layered with flame retardant papers. Fire Resistant boards are highly recommended for wall and ceiling systems that require exceptional fire protection. When combined with proper design, insulation, and framing, EASTBERG GM Fire Resistant boards, fire-rated ceiling and wall systems can achieved with a duration of up to 4 hours.

Impact Pro

EASTBERG GM Impact Pro Boards are exceptionally strong and designed to withstand and absorb impact up to the highest level known as Severe Duty Performance, as defined by BS 5234-2 standards. Impact Pro is produced with extra high density gypsum core enhanced with special fibers.They are specifically suitable for areas prone to accidents or heavy impact, such as high-traffic zones and industrial environments.

Curve Pro

EASTBERG GM Curve Pro is the ultimate flexible board in the EASTBERG GM lineup. It incorporates a special fiber mixture within the gypsum core, allowing it to achieve remarkable bendability. With a bending radius as narrow as 0.5 meters, EASTBERG GM Curve Pro can be effortlessly shaped without the need for additional tools. Curve Pro board is lightweight with a smooth surface and Is perfect for installing curved ceilings and walls.

Heat Shield

EASTBERG GM Heat Shield Board is designed to reflect heat and maintain a cool interior environment. It features a high-density gypsum core with an aluminum foil lined on the back face. This unique combination of an enhanced heat-resistant gypsum core and aluminum foil allows EASTBERG GM Heat Shield to reflect 95% of the thermal radiation directed towards its surface. It is particularly suitable for areas where ceilings or walls come into direct contact with sunlight.

ECHO SHIELD

EASTBERG GM Echo Shield is an acoustic gypsum board designed to absorb sound, featuring circular hole perforations and a glass mat on the paper back face. It offers excellent sound absorption capabilities, with a noise reduction coefficient (NRC) value ranging from 0.65 to 0.80. Echo Shield feature circular hole perforations with a diameter of 15mm, adding a modern and visually appealing pattern design. These boards are ideal for spaces where sound quality is crucial, such as audiovisual rooms, seminar rooms, restaurants, and convention centers.

Ceiling Tile

EASTBERG GM Ceiling Tiles are gypsum boards measuring 2' x 4' and specifically designed for use in exposed (T-runner) ceiling grid systems. These tiles are laminated with high-quality PVC lining, which not only enhances durability but also provides a fine textured vinyl face. With four attractive and contemporary textures, EASTBERG GM Ceiling Tiles offer easy cleanability and excellent light reflectance.

Service Panel

EASTBERG GM Service Panel is specifically designed to provide convenient access to the space above the ceiling for inspection and repair purposes. These panels are pre-fabricated using either 9mm or 12mm Standard Pro, ensuring a seamless integration with other EASTBERG GM ceiling products. The panels feature aluminum edges, which not only enhance their strength but also contribute to a clean and polished appearance.

Jointing Compound

EASTBERG GM Quick Dry Jointing Compound is a modified gypsum powder designed for various uses, including jointing between plasterboard joints, embedding drywall tapes, covering fastener heads, lining plasterboard surfaces, and patching plaster cracks. It offers a rapid setting time of approximately 45 minutes, enabling jointing tasks to be completed within a single day. Quick Dry Jointing Compound utilizes a specially formulated filler with exceptional bonding properties, minimal shrinkage, and resistance to cracking.

PFC Board

These ready to order designs matches real wood and real stone looks at a large size (4’ x 8’). Unlike generic fiber cement screws, GARDNER screws are made with strength in mind. The screw heads are strengthened to withstand the overdrilling force of the screw bits.
