EASTBERG GM Service Panel is designed to allow easy access to the space above the ceiling for inspection or repairs. Pre-fabricated using 9mm or 12mm Standard Pro, it seamlessly blends in with other Eastberg ceilings products. EASTBERG GM Service Panel has aluminum edges that strengthen the panel and achieve a clean look. The aluminum edges are hidden from view with only a thin line of visible aluminum.
1. Mark the position of the Service Panel
2. Lay double furring at 810mm interval.
3. Lay cross double furring at 810mm interval.
4. Attach Service Panel using #6×1” Eastberg Gypsum Screw along the circumference at 150mm spacing
5. Cover joints and screws with Quick Dry Jointing compound.
6. Put the removable cover in place.
