GEIGHER Omega Frames can be used for all types of dry wall applications and are ideal for houses, offices, and commercial spaces. Omega Wall Frames are available in both 0.5mm and 0.6mm thickness with a wide range of widths from 50mm to 100mm. Omega Wall Studs have pre-cut utility holes to allow mechanical and electrical pipes to go through. Pre-cut utility holes lessen worker drillings on studs, which may sometimes inadvertently weaken the stud structure.
Layout and attach tracks on the floor and ceiling with suspension bolt
Install and connect studs to the tracks with a spacing of 406 to 610mm using pan head screws or blind rivets
Install horizontal brace with tracks at end of wall boards at 2440mm if laid vertically and 1220mm if laid horizontally
Install wall boards in a staggered layout and fix to frame with ficem/gypsum screw.
