Gardflex Wall Boards are ideal for interior wall claddings. Gardflex is manufactured using Hatschek technology, which reinforces each sheet with cross-directional cellulose fibers to create boards that are more flexible, more durable, and more resistant to internal cracking. Gardflex wall boards have not only dimensional stability but added flexibility, passing the flex and bend test. They are optimized to be easier to handle, cut, and install, making projects faster and smoother.

GARDFLEX Wall Boards come in 4ft x 8ft (1220mm x 2440mm) sizes with 6mm thickness. Wall Boards come uncolored with a smooth surface.

For wall applications, Gardflex boards can be mounted on galvanized studs or treated wood frames.

Use galvanized studs and tracks with a minimum thickness of 0.5mm, or timber framing using 2x4 treated wood.

Maintain a maximum frame spacing of 0.6m x 1.2m for stability and strength.

Use fiber cement screws for all installations. On board edges, space screws every 200mm, keeping each screw at least 12mm from the edge.

For the center of the board, screws should be spaced at 300mm intervals.

At every board corner, place two screws positioned 50mm away from both adjacent edges.
