GARDNER Screws are quality screws and made with strength in mind. Unlike generic fiber cement screws, the screw heads of GARDNER Screws are strengthened to withstand the over-drilling forces of the screw bit. Refer to the table to determine what type of GARDNER Screw to use based on the thickness of the GARDNER TPI fiber cement and the type of framing.

For general screw spacing, space screws at 8” (for ceiling and wall) and 12” (for floor) interval at board edge and 12” interval at board centers. Follow the screw spacing listed in the GARDNER Installation guide for detail screw spacing.

GARDNER Mesh Tapes are high-quality fiber glass mesh tapes specifically designed for achieving seamless joint finishes and patches. These tapes feature a self-adhesive backing, ensuring quick and effortless application. The intersecting fibers of GARDNER Mesh Tape provide exceptional tear resistance, making it highly effective in strengthening joints and preventing visible cracks.

GARDNER Mesh Tapes are available in 50mm x 100ft and 50mm x 250ft rolls.

GARDNER FlexJoint Compound is a unique compound specially formulated for smooth, highly flexible ceiling joints. Flexjoint Compound has a strong adhesion and less possibility of cracking under normal conditions.

Gardner Flexjoint Compound is available in 5kg plastic buckets and has a coverage of 1.5kg/sqm (with an approximate 1mm thickness). It is ready to use in easily workable paste.
