Your role is to plan, organize, and control work activities in your assigned warehouse supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with its day-to-day line management. You are expected to ensure efficient warehouse operation, fulfilling both the operational and customer demands to meet targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the warehouse operations
- Implement the daily work plan for the warehouse personnel
- Resolve warehouse operational problems on time and reports any deviation/issues to the Supervisor
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of customer orders
- Perform record-keeping and reporting tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, with at least 2 years experience in warehouse operations, 1 year of which is in a team lead role
- Preferably with experience in a construction or manufacturing industry
- Understands the basics of warehouse management, inventory, and operations
- Highly analytical and good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills and exemplifies good interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
