Most light steel metal frames look the same. And with so many producers in the market, one cannot be sure if the quality and strength of the metal frames are up to standard or not. GEIGHER Metal Frames are NOT the same as most metal frames in the market. GEIGHER does NOT look the same. GEIGHER Metal Frames are produced from 7 roll forming lines with an annual capacity of 32 million meters. Using the latest technology and computer system, GEIGHER Metal Frames can also be produced at customized length for specific project requirements at the press of a button. High strength steel that is Prime Grade serves as the base metal for GEIGHER. The Prime Grade steel is fully coated with a high surface density of Aluminum and Zinc. Finally, a gold resin layer is added for extra rust protection. The result is a one-of-a-kind GEIGHER Gold Metal Frame, the first Gold metal frame produced in the Philippines.

AZ (ALUMINUM ZINC)

While most metal frames are simply Zinc coated, GEIGHER Metal Frames are fully coated with high density Aluminum Zinc (AZ). The aluminum zinc alloy combines the best properties of both metals. It has the corrosion resistance from aluminum with the galvanic protection of cut edges from zinc. This makes GEIGHER an excellent long-life metal product.

HIGH STRENGH STEEL

Prime Grade high strength steel ensures that the GEIGHER ceiling and wall frames are durable and strong. Furthermore, GEIGHER is strength, impact and bend tested for a safe ceiling and wall system.

GOLD - EXTRA RUST PROTECTION

The gold resin layer on top of the Aluminum Zinc coat ensures an extra layer of protection from corrosion and moisture. Furthermore, it provides an easy visual differentiation that promises a good quality and strong metal frame. GEIGHER is available in both Gold and AZ (no resin layer) frames.
